Since the first day of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken hygiene and disinfection measures to the highest level in all living areas in our hotels. In line with the new situation, we have updated our existing procedures and implemented new measures and practices at the most advanced level with the slogan “Because we Care” that we have developed.
We have established pandemic boards and committees including senior management, department managers, experts and professionals of The Marmara Hotels Group in order to act quickly in the fight against the epidemic. We carry out intensive and rigorous work for the complete implementation of all decisions and procedures taken by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and local authorities. Our boards, which exchanged views with experts and institutions on the additional measures to be taken, have prepared special procedures for our new normals. We continue to update the intensive and detailed training we have given to our employees in line with the pandemic, measures and new procedures at every stage.

We have implemented many new measures that can provide Social Distance, Contactless Service or Minimum Contact Service.
We continue our work continuously, taking into account all scientifically accepted measures, recommendations and advises to date against COVID-19 or outbreaks that may occur later.
